"Early Bird" Registration
- $195 per person, if received no later than no later than June 30th, 2011.

Regular Registration
- $220 per person, after June 30th, 2011.

NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER July 8th.

You are responsible for, and will be billed for,
the entire registration fee, if you have registered
your group but have not withdrawn your registration on or before July 8th.

Agency/Group scholarships are available (for up to 50% of tuition).
