WALL CLIMBING WAIVER

This waiver is being required by UMD. It MUST be completed and brought along as part of the registration materials for each participant who thinks he or she might want to wall climb.

Bringing it does NOT GUARANTEE you will be in the workshop, as the workshop size will be limited.
